When Will The Item Sold Out Be Restocked?

Some items are only available for restock if the manufacture is still producing the item. Some items will not be restocked and will be removed from the website.

How long will it take to receive my order once order is placed?

How do I return my order?

Email lacree@uintrigued.com to begin the retun process. All returns will be issued a store credit or e-gift card. Returns are only good for 7 days from delivery no exceptions.

Where my refund?

All returns are issued as a store credit or e-gift card. Please sign into your account for all store credits or check your email for e-gifts. If there's still an issue please email: lacree@uintrigued.com

Is it possible to cancel or change my order since it has not shipped?

Order cancellation is permitted with 24 hrs only. After 24 hrs the order cannot be canceled. Change to order for different sizes or color are permitted within 24 hrs.

Can exchange my order?

Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery date in orginal condition received. Once Item is received we can process a exchange per your request as long as the item is available in stock. If the item is not available a Store credit or E-gift card will be issued. 

Why is my credit less than what I paid for my order?

All credit are issued for the item price and taxes but not associated shipping cost.
