Refund Policy

  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns are accepted within 7 days and refunds are proceed once item has been receive and inspected.

  • Returns must be returned within 7 days from the shipment received date. Please submit your return to :UINTRIGUED 2200 PARKLAKE DR NE #1581, ATLANTA GA 30345
  • Returns will automatically be issued to original payment method  
  • Returns received more than 7 days after the date of shipment received will be refused and returned to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Refund can take 1-3 business days depending upon bank.
  • All items being returned must be in new and unused condition in the original boxes or bags and must include all original hang tags.  Shoe boxes must not be used as the return shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes with shipping labels and/or tape applied to the box will not be issued a full refund.
  • Uintrigued.com has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise that does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes and hangtags, or our return policy.
  • If your return is not accepted, you may be shipped back the order.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items unless the return falls under the fault of Uintrigued.com.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will NOT be accepted - FINAL SALE!
  • Refunds will ONLY be processed in the original form of payment used on the initial order when a return falls under the fault of Uintrigiued. We will process the refund within 2-3 business days once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Damaged or defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.
  • Uintrigued is NOT liable for any packages that may become lost in transit or stolen. Contact USPS/UPS directly, should your return become lost or stolen.
  • If you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office.
  • If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule re-delivery, USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to re-ship your order.  Same applies for orders returned due to insufficient addresses.
