AS OF 3/15/2025 THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, our company will not send customers any damaged items.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise without speaking to someone from our support team and receiving certified confirmation. Uintrigued will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by support, we will provide you with a return address to send your package. Any packages returned to without notice or approval will be refused.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping.
Store credit will be issued once return shippment has been received and processed.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
