Pre-Order Policy

Preorders are orders placed for an item that has not yet been released. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase for any item that has PREORDER listed. The date in the description of the item is an estimated ship date, which means we expect this item to arrive to us on that date and it will ship to the customer on that date. 

Merchandise can arrive before or after the expected date in the description, so if there is a delay we will notify the customer via email.

A lot of our items have a very high demand so at times we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. With that, any product marked "Estimate Ship Date and or pre-order " will have a estimate ship date or time frame in the title of the item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. If we experience any manufacturing delays, you will be notified immediately via e-mail.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout. Please note, shipping timeframes apply from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. Please review shipping policy.

Pairing in stock items with pre-order items will delay your in stock order. Place order separately for in stock items. If a pre-order item is purchased with ready to ship/in stock products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once. The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date.
