SHIPPING INFORMATION

PRE-ORDERS (Estimate Ship Date)

If you are placing an order marked "Estimate Ship Date", please be sure review our Pre-order Policy prior to placing your order.
Pairing in stock items with pre-order (estimate ship date) items will delay your in stock order. Place order separately for in stock items. If a pre-order item is purchased with ready to ship/in stock products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once.
The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date. Please pay attention to the dates or place order separately to receive those item as they arrive.
Shipping For In Stock Inventory (Ready To Ship)
Once we receive your order it is processed in the order received.

Processing can take 1-3 days for low order volume less than 50 orders.

Processing can take 5-7 days for mid order volume of 50-100 orders.

Processing can take 7-14 days for high order volume of 100+.

Processing time + Shipping time = Expected delivery time/date.

Example: (1-3 days processing + 2-3 day shipping = 3-6 days to receive your order (not including pre-order (estimate ship date))

The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-3 days delivery (not including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out. Do not count from the date that the order is placed.

Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. Check you spam/junk folder.

UINTRIGUED.com is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that are returned to UINTRIGUED due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.

Standard: $10.00 (flat rate) 2-3 Days (Saturday Not Included)
